THE CABIN: Just Listed. Built in 2023, our 3 bed & 2 bath Juniper cabin defines ‘luxury living in the mountains’. Built from the ground up with most of the cabin hand-built ourselves, we’ve thought of every detail to make your Asheville vacation an unforgettable one! Every inch of this 1,900 square foot conditioned space contains quality that is unmatched to any other Asheville vacation rental. The 17-foot high spruce cathedral ceilings and beams create the perfect ambiance for everyone to enjoy. Cozy up on the luxurious La-Z-Boy sofa with matching chaise or twin recliners while watching the fire dance in the remote-controlled gas fireplace. Nature is brought into the living area by the addition of several massive windows that look out onto a beautifully landscaped garden and the mountains beyond. Additional living area features include a work desk (perfect for those doing a working vacation), a custom-built barn door that opens to the laundry room, and a 50” Samsung Smart TV to watch your favorite show. The kitchen and dining room have everything you will need and will impress even the stingiest of chefs. The solid oak dining table will comfortably sit eight with an additional two seats at the kitchen island. All bedrooms feature king-sized adjustable beds and a 43” Samsung Smart TV. The master bedroom has its own private bath highlighted by a beautiful walk-in shower with sliding glass barn door. A second guest bath features a large walk-in shower and double vanity. Walk out onto the huge back or front covered porches where you will find ample space to spread out and take in the sights and sounds of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. Grill up your favorite dish or take a relaxing dip in the therapeutic 4-person hot tub! After dinner, take a relaxing stroll through our expansive 23-acre property on one of our walking trails, check out the koi pond or enjoy some yummy ‘smores at the firepit.
THE PROPERTY: Our beautiful 23-acre estate features both forest and mountain views, a large koi pond that is perfect for kids (we can even supply some koi food to feed our fish), hiking trails, a firepit overlooking the stunning mountain landscape and much, much more! Take in the gorgeous sunrise and sunset from our overlook point, cook up some ‘smores, or just kick back and relax on the porch while watching the local wildlife play in the woods.
LOCATION: Perfectly situated in the newer South Asheville area, this cabin is minutes away from everything in and around Asheville. Yes, even our floors get cleaned three times (vacuum, mop, and swiffer)! To take it a notch further, we triple inspect the home after the cleaning is completed. This ensures that nothing is missed. There is no other rental owner that takes as much pride in their property than us.
